Tailored support for individuals and teams


Tailored individual support for executives, leadership teams, and individual leaders during change initiatives or succession. Coaching or mentoring is customized to the needs of the team or individual, grounded in agreed-upon objectives, reflective dialogue and a theoretical framework.

Additional Leadership Capacity – Interim Management 

Experienced leadership during transition periods to ensure continued delivery and/or support to the organization through change initiatives. Provides stability, structure and additional hands on deck to implement and drive your commitments.

Our competency framework

We utilize a structure focused on practical application within an organization seeking high capability in managing both exploitative work (delivering strong performance in current operations) and explorative work (exploration, learning, and strategic transformation).

The framework is organized into three levels, with the foundation consisting of around 30 leadership competencies. These competencies encompass the dimensions described in traditional leadership competency frameworks, complemented by research insights on dynamic capabilities, strategic work and AI leadership. The structure is designed for practical application by leaders.

The goal is to help leaders understand their own capabilities and the impact these capabilities have on their organization. It also aims to ensure that all leaders, regardless of hierarchical level, understand all dimensions of leadership, though the priotized capabilities vary somewhat from first-line managers to the executive leadership team.

In addition, the structure can be easily used for structured development of the succession pool as well as for onboarding new leaders.

4 Leadership Dimensions
Fundamental dimensions that all leaders should have a basic understanding of. These dimensions include the leader’s impact on organizational culture, employee performance, the personal and organizational development and learning and how to define and drive strategic transformation.

10 Competence Areas
Clusters of related competencies that together build a capability within a competency area. Capabilities can be assessed on a 5-point scale.

Our web application, SkillsHub®, allows you to document and visualize competency assessments, compare them to target levels, and collect feedback from organizational leaders. Data can be viewed by hierarchy, business unit, or team.
Assessments use a 5-point scale, with clear, practical descriptions for each level to guide leaders in evaluating their managers’ competencies.
